We Do More Than Training

Every session includes a warm up, stretching, corrective exercises, and a cool down. 

Warm Up

Warm Up

Every session begins with a 5-10 minute warm up to loosen the body up and prevent any pulled muscles.

Stretching

Stretching

We make sure to identify and stretch out any tight muscles before jumping into a workout.

Corrective Exercise

Corrective Exercise

Used to help fix a tight lower back, rounded shoulder, or any other postural issues that may be impeding your movement or causing pain.

Cool Down

Cool Down

At the end of every session we make sure to foam roll and stretch any major muscles used during a workout.
